Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data SastaSpeech collects, why, and how we use it. By using the service you accept what's described here.

What we collect

• Account info — email address (via Google Sign-In). We do not store passwords; authentication is handled by Supabase + Google.
• Usage data — character counts per request, request timestamps, chosen voice + model. Used for quota enforcement and billing.
• Generated audio — your audio files are stored in a private, per-user folder in Supabase Storage, accessible only via short-lived signed URLs. Files are auto-deleted after 24 hours, with no more than 5 files retained per user at any time.
• Plan + payment metadata — your current plan, expiry, and upgrade-request history.

What we do NOT collect

• We do not retain your scripts beyond the time needed to generate audio.
• We do not train any model on your input or audio.
• We do not share or sell your data to third parties for advertising.

Marketing communications

With your account, we may use your email address to send you service updates and marketing or promotional messages about SastaSpeech and its parent company, VoxAI Labs, and their related products and offers. We never sell your email to third parties. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any such email or by emailing support@voxhelperai.com — essential transactional emails (billing, security, and account notices) will still be sent.

Third-party services we use

• Supabase — authentication, database, file storage.
• Google Gemini — text refinement and emotion classification. Sent: your script. Not sent: your identity. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
• ElevenLabs — voice synthesis. Sent: refined script + voice selection. Subject to ElevenLabs' privacy policy.
• Payment processor — Razorpay for billing. We do not store your card details.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session token). No tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can request account deletion (which cascades all your data) by emailing support@voxhelperai.com. We will comply within 7 business days.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
